1. Return Period: You may return merchandise without indicating any reasons within 14 working days from the day you received the merchandise, starting one day after the delivery date. Instructions about the right to return will be enclosed separately in writing.

2. Return Options:

  • For standard merchandise, you can initiate a return by sending the item back to us.
  • In the case of bulky merchandise or items that cannot be shipped easily, you can exercise your right to return through a written request (e.g., by letter or e-mail).

3. Timely Returns: To be eligible for a return, ensure that you ship the merchandise back to us within the given 14 working days time limit.

4. Return Shipping: Return shipments will be at your own cost and risk. You are responsible for properly packaging the item to avoid damage during transit.

ALL SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Consequences of Return:

  • In the case of a valid return, we will refund the mutually received benefits, including any profits drawn from the use of the merchandise.
  • If the merchandise has deteriorated, a compensation regarding the value may be claimed. However, this does not apply if the deterioration results solely from the inspection that could have been conducted in a physical store.
  • To avoid the obligation to compensate the value, please refrain from using the merchandise as if you owned it and avoid any actions that might affect its value negatively.

Required Documents: When returning merchandise, please ensure to include all necessary documents, including the delivery note, to facilitate the return process. Please note that returns can only be accepted from the original shipping country.

Refunds: Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Please note that any losses incurred due to changes in exchange rates will not be credited.
